Planning Summit - Sultan's Neighborhoods

Is there a completed traffic study for the planned park? How many cars will be going down Cedar, Dogwood and Marguerite compared to the number currently?

Would love to see Osprey and areas along our rivers be updated to be Ethnobotanical gardens and information about the Snohomish People and our way of life as the first people of this land.

Question
Can we do something about Love's Hill road? While it serves a purpose as an emergency egress for flood events, it is not really a viable footpath between Midtown and Sultan Basin Road. With Sultan Basin Road also not having safe sidewalks, it would be great if pedestrians could cross either one safe Highway 2 sidewalks or a better-built Love's Hill Road.
