There are designated "visitor parking spaces" marked by yellow parking blocks in the first western half of the lot. Would the vendor location be verified to not obstruct these spaces during review? Or is it better to designate a few ideal spaces for vendors within the lot?

PMC 10.70.100 limits street parking to 2 hours at this location 8:30am-5:30pm except Sundays and Holidays (on Columbia from 2nd to 5th). Recommend ensuring vendors have permits or signage posted authorizing use of the space outside of those hours for easy viewing - OR - additional City signage created stating that these parking restrictions do not apply vendors with active permits.
